Richard Anthony, president of the Zero Waste International Alliance, is principal of Richard Anthony Associates, a consulting firm that focuses on Zero Waste planning. Anthony has worked on resource conservation and recovery plans for over 40 years, and is a former Department of Public Works solid waste manager from both Fresno County and San Diego County, California.
